Recipes Black Olives with Sherry
Ingredients
- Black olives
- Diced aged Manchego
- Red currants
- Cinnamon
- Sherry
Recipe
- Combine the black olives, Manchego and redcurrants in a bowl.
- Scatter with cinnamon, add a dash of Sherry and stir gently.
- Set aside for 20 minutes for flavours to develop, then serve.
TIP: Pacharan, a Spanish liqueur flavoured with sloe berries, can be used instead of Sherry in this recipe.
